Common requests

I am a client and cannot sign in

Use forgot password first. If your login was never set up, email us and we will send an invitation. Lost two-factor device: contact us and we will verify your identity before resetting it.

I need an API key or MCP access

Create one yourself on your account page after signing in. To change what a key can see (report sections, lead-marking, own-leads-only), ask your Fractional Teams contact — permissions are set per user by an administrator. Documentation is at /docs.

I have a question about a finding in my report

Every report section has a “chat about this section” link that opens a conversation with the team; if nobody is available the transcript is emailed to us and we reply by email.

I am not a client yet

The portal comes with a Fractional Teams engagement. Start at fractionalteams.com/contact.

I found a security issue

Email help@fractionalteams.com with “security” in the subject. Please do not test against real client accounts; the demo workspace and the keyless API are there for that.
